Podcast Studio Policy:
Studio Rules 1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking to receive a full refund. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. 2. Booking Changes
To request any changes to your reservation, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
Last-minute change requests (under 12 hours) may be considered at the discretion of studio management, but are not guaranteed. 3. Rental Time & Overtime
Your rental period begins and ends at the scheduled time.
If you remain in the studio 15 minutes or more past your booking, an additional full hour charge will apply.
If you need extra time, we’re happy to accommodate when available—please check with us in advance. 4. Smoking Policy
Absolutely no smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside the studio, restrooms, or within 15 feet of the building.
